J-Form (officially called "Form J" under Punjab APLM Act) is a mandatory transport permit for agricultural produce moving out of a Punjab APMC mandi yard. It certifies that all market fees, arhat, and other levies have been paid for that consignment. Without a J-Form, trucks carrying agricultural produce can be seized by APMC inspectors at checkpoints.
